From idea to bespoke production
At LUCA, every project begins with understanding the institution's need and the significance of the person or group receiving the gift. The design process is not standard product selection; it is the development of a story unique to the institution.
Needs & Purpose Analysis
First, we establish who the gift is for, for what purpose and with what message. The project type is clarified — client gift, employee award, anniversary, launch or VIP gift.
Corporate Story & Design Direction
The institution's values, brand language, symbols, colors, history or the particular message it wishes to convey are evaluated. These insights form the foundation of the design direction.
Concept & Design Alternatives
Multiple design alternatives are prepared to suit the brief. The designs are developed with the product type, material, dimensions, purpose of use and form of presentation in mind.
Bespoke Presentation & Design Catalog
A bespoke presentation catalog is prepared for the client. It contains design proposals, visual direction, material options, dimensions, production quantities, the delivery plan and pricing details.
Open the cover, then hover over the design alternatives, material, size, quantity, timeline and price fields inside.
Selection & Revisions
The client chooses among the presented alternatives. Where needed, revisions are made to the design and the final product language is refined.
Production Planning
Production begins for the approved design. Material sourcing, handcrafting, technical production, plating, stones, box and packaging details are planned.
Delivery
The pieces are prepared and delivered in the approved quantity and form of presentation.
Every detail — including price, timeline and materials — is in front of you before you approve.
