Privacy Notice
This notice explains how your personal data is processed under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

2. Personal Data We Process
If you submit our bespoke design request or contact forms, we process:
- Identity data: first and last name
- Contact data: email address, phone number
- Company and request data: company name, project category, estimated quantity, target delivery date, your message and additional notes
- Files you upload: logo, visuals or brief files
Our hosting and infrastructure providers may additionally process technical records such as IP addresses under their own policies for security and service continuity. This website does not use cookies.
3. Purposes of Processing
Your data is processed to receive, assess and respond to your request, to contact you, to plan your bespoke design process and presentation catalog, and to conduct pre-contract discussions. Your data is not used for advertising or marketing.
4. Legal Bases
Processing relies on Article 5/2(c) of the KVKK (processing directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract), Article 5/2(f) (our legitimate interests), and — for transfers abroad — your explicit consent under Article 9.
5. Transfers
Form submissions are delivered to our email address via a form relay service (FormSubmit); the website is hosted on GitHub Pages and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers' servers may be located abroad; by submitting the form you give your explicit consent to the transfer of your data abroad in this context. Your personal data is not otherwise shared with third parties.
6. Retention
Your personal data is kept for as long as required by the purposes above and by statutory limitation periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
7. Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
- To learn whether your personal data is processed,
- To request information if it has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
- To know the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Turkey or abroad,
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- To request erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK,
- To request that corrections, erasures and destructions be notified to third-party recipients,
- To object to a result arising against you from analysis performed exclusively by automated systems,
- To claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.

You may submit requests regarding your rights to info@lucacraft.com or in writing to the postal address above. Applications are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
